Hungary’s head coach Zsolt Varga picked the players who will travel to Zagreb tomorrow to play at the tournament of Division 1 of the World Water Polo Cup.

Two big stars, Denes Varga and Gergo Zalanki, aren’t on the roster.

Denes Varga joined the national team in the preparations for Zagreb after several months of absence. But, he won’t play for Hungary before the summer season, according to the earlier plans, the Hungarian Water Polo Federation announced.

The decision regarding Denes Varga was more or less expected because there were indications that he wouldn’t play for Hungary before the end of the clubs’ season.
