By entering the "Fatterpolo Challenge" all entrants explicitly agree and consent to the following Terms & Conditions for the "Fatterpolo Challenge" organized by Total Waterpolo ('the organizer'):

1. The Fatterpolo Challenge is open to all water polo teams, regardless of country or league.
2. The Fatterpolo Challenge is open to teams of all catergories (youth, professional, amateur, masters). One club can submit multiple teams, but one player can only be placed in one team. Each team requires a minimum of 10 participants. The maximum number of participants per team is 20.
3. All teams must weigh at all registered players and track their progress every 10 days.
4. The winner of the Fatterpolo Challenge will be the team that cumulatively loses the most kilograms in %., based on their total weight before and after the Fatterpolo Challenge.
5. The winning team will receive prizes in retail worth of 5000 EURO, such as briefs, merchandise, caps, designs, and game balls.
6. By participating in the Fatterpolo Challenge, you agree that the organizer has the right to select the winner of the Fatterpolo Challenge and to adjust the prizes at any time and at its sole discretion. The organizer has the right to disqualify any entrant that does not comply with the rules or violates them in any way.
7. All members of the winning team must be present at the prize ceremony to receive their reward.
8. The Fatterpolo Challenge is subject to the laws of Croatia.
9. The organizer not be responsible for any injury or damage incurred in relation to the challenge.
10. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify individuals or whole teams for any suspicions of result tempering at any time and at its sole discretion. .

By entering the give-away, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information by the organizer. All personal information provided is voluntary and will be used only for the purpose of the Fatterpolo Challenge .

The organizer reserves the right to use, store, publish, and alter any audio-visual content provided by entrants, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. The rights to this content are granted to the organizer indefinitely.
