Schedule of LEN Champions League F8 determined

LEN has determined the schedule of the Champions League Final Eight, which will be held in Belgrade in early June (3 – 5).

The first day will be opened at 13.00 CET with the quarterfinal game Pro Recco – Waspo 98 Hannover. After that, Ferencvaros and Marseille will face off (15.30). The third game will be Jug – Brescia (18.00), and the first day will be closed by an encounter between Barceloneta and Olympiacos (20.30).

Pro Recco arrives at the F8 as the winner of Group A ahead of Jug (2nd place), Olympiacos (3rd) and Marseille (4th). Ferencvaros finished 1st in Group B, Barceloneta won 2nd place, Brescia took 3rd, and Hannover 4th place in Group B.

On June 4, the semifinals for the places 5th-8th will be played at 13.00 and 15.30, while the semifinals for places 1st – 4th are scheduled for 18.00 and 20.30. The winners of the games Pro Recco-Hannover and Barceloneta – Olympiacos will play in the first semifinal.

The final is on Saturday, June 5, at 20.30.

The Final Eight will be held in the indoor pool of the Sports center „April 11“, without spectators.
