Striker Andrea Mladossich, 23, signed a three-year contract with Pro Recco, leaving his hometown club Trieste, where he rose through all age categories. He scored 48 goals in the 2025 Serie A1.
Having debuted for Trieste’s first team in 2017/18, Mladossich helped the club reach two semifinals of the Italian League (2022, 2025), the Euro Cup semifinal (2022), and the 2025 Italian Cup semifinal.
With Italy, he won U17 European gold in 2019 and joined the senior Settebello squad in 2021. He participated in the preparations for the World Championships in Singapore, but had to leave the training camp due to a rib injury.
The 11-time European Champion and the reigning Euro Cup winner has confirmed seven arrivals this summer: Alvaro Granados, Max Irving, Gianmarco Nicosia, Rino Buric, Luke Pavillard, Francesco Cassia, and Mladossich.
The list of departures also consists of seven names: Marco Del Lungo (Savona), Aaron Younger (retired), Ben Hallock (returns to USA to graduate), Gonzalo Echenique (Barceloneta), Bence Haverkampf (returned to Ferencvaros), Petar Vujosevic and Jack Larsen.
