One of the key players of the Spanish national team Roger Tahull moves from Barceloneta to Barcelona.
A 23-years-old center-forward Tahull played for Barceloneta from the beginning of his senior career, while he won three silver medals with Spain at three major competitions β two at the European Championships (2018 and 2020) and at the 2019 World Championships. Tahull signed a 1-year contract with Barcelona.
Besides Tahull, one more member of the Spanish national team will, probably, leave Barceloneta. Defender Marc Larumbe negotiates with Sabadell.

AN Brescia officially announced today that it had signed a contract with Greek Angelos Vlachopoulos, who arrived from Eger. In the next season, two Greeks will play for Brescia, since Dimitrios Nikolaidis joined the club last summer.
Ortigia confirmed that it had extended the contract with a goalkeeper Stefano Tempesti, but not for three more years, as it was published a few days ago. They signed a 4-year-contract β until 2024, when Tempesti will be 44-years-old.
Erik Csacsovsky left Eger and joined OSC Budapest. Csacsovszky is the sixth player who left Eger, after three foreigners Angelos Vlachopoulos (Brescia), Strahinja Rasovic, Nikola Murisic and the Hungarians Denes Dorian Lukacs and Marton Magyar (both Miskolc). Eger still hasnβt announced who would replace head coach Norbert Dabrowski. From July 1st, Dabrowszki will be BVSCβs sports director.
Marseille, the 2019 LEN Euro Cup winner, will have a lot of players from the Balkans in the squad for the next season. Vladan Spaic, Montenegro’s center-forward, moved from Jadran Herceg Novi to Marseille. Spaic, who won the bronze medal at the 2020 European Championships, signed a 2-year-contract. A month ago, one of the world’s best players Andrija Prlainovic joined Marseille. Marseille will have, at least, three Montenegrins in the team, after Uros Cuckovic and Bogdan Djurdjic. Cuckovic arrived in Marseille last summer, while Djurdjic has been playing for this club since 2017. To remind, Marseille’s new coach is a former goalkeeper of Montenegro Milos Scepanovic. He was Marseille’s goalkeeper until this summer. Dejan Lazovic (Budva), Montenegro’s current goalkeeper might replace Scepanovic in front of Marseille’s goal.
The seasons in Spain, Hungary, France, and Italy have been officially suspended. The Italian and the Hungarian Leagues are canceled. On Saturday, the Spanish Swimming Federation accepted the clubsβ proposal to valid the ranking before the suspension as final. Earlier, France validated the rankings before the suspension as final.
Romania is among the countries which still hasnβt make the final decision regarding the possible resummation of the league, but the activities on the transfer market have started. The first information is that Steaua Bucharest has no coach at the moment. Andrei Iosep, who coached Steaua since 2015 decided to leave the club, after five years in which he led Steaua to four titles of national champion. Before the suspension of the 2020 Romanian League, Steaua was in the 1st place.
Iosep was a member of the Romanian national water polo team, and he also played for Mladost Zagreb.
