In this evening’s only fixture in the Division de Honor, Terrassa comfortably saw off Zaragoza in a 22-6 romping. Despite playing away from home at the Piscinas de Bomberos, Terrassa were strong favourites to win the game, and they did convincingly.
The fixture was rescheduled from last week due to Terrassa’s participation in the LEN Euro League qualifiers – from which they progressed.
Paula Camus scored five in the match, while there were hat-tricks in abundance for Martina Cardona, Noelia Cuenda, Olga Domenech and Paula Leiton. The win for Terrassa tonight see’s Xavi Perez’s side return to 3rd in the league, while Zaragoza remain in 10th.
Terrassa face a potentially slippery game as they travel to play CN Catalunya on Saturday, while Zaragoza will have an opportunity to go above Sant Feliu with a victory at mid-day in front of a home crowd. A full list of Saturday’s fixtures is available at the bottom of this page
