The people of Montenegro have spoken and the results are clear — Water Polo is their #1 sport.
The research was done by the Ipsos agency with additional help from Montenegrin’s Minister of Sports Nikola Janović and the president of Montenegrin Olympic Committee, Dušan Simonović. The results were clear, even though there was a tight race for the first place.
With 33.1%, Water Polo took lead over Football, which means that most of Montenegro publicity sees it as a national sport. They placed Basketball in the third place, and Handball in the fourth.
