Hungarian internationals Gergely Burian and Marton Levai have today finalized their transfers to Vasas, marking the club's first signings of the summer.
The OSC duo are the first of the summer signings for this season's Euro Cup winners, swapping Budapest's District XI for District II. Burian, as a left-hander, operates on the right side, is returning to his former club after leaving in 2018. Marton Levai is in competition with FTC's Daniel Szarkony for the second red cap on the Hungarian National team roster.
Burian and Levai join Krisztian Manhercz and David Angyal in OSC's departure lounge, with Manhercz and Angyal on their way to Marseille. Levai is a straight swap for Vasas' departing Serbian keeper, Branislav Mitrovic, while Burian replaces three big Hungarian names;Tamas Mezei, Balazs Erdelyi, Tamas Sedlmayer - who left the club at the end of this season.
Dome Dala is further expected to sign on for Vasas, while Strahinja Rasovic from Novi Beograd remains another target for the club.
