These days, many pieces of information about confirmed transfers arrive from the best European clubs but, there are still a lot of rumors.
Well-informed and reliable sources in Croatia claim that left-handed goal-getter Konstantin Kharkov is very close to returning to Jadran Split.
Russian-born Kharkov played in Croatia for years – first for Mladost Zagreb and, after that, for Jadran Split (season 2021/22). Last summer, he moved to Brescia.
A few months ago, Brescia announced that it had renewed the contract with Kharkov for another season.
In the following days, we’ll probably find out if Kharkov will stay in Italy or return to Croatia.
Kharkov gained the Croatian citizenship last year and debuted for the Croatian national team. He was part of the team that won gold at the Europeans in Splitr.
Jadran hasn’t confirmed new signings yet, but it’s almost sure that Croatia’s center-forward Josip Vrlic, who left Radnicki, will join the Split-based team. Jadran is, as the Croatian champion, directly qualified for the Champions League 2023/24. The club renewed the contracts with most key players who won the Croatian title. Jadran has high ambitions.
