Hungarian centre-forward Balazs Harai will play for Kaposvar during the 2024-2025 season.
The 37-year-old centre-forward, a two-time Olympian who will also compete at the Paris Olympics this summer, explained his transfer move on the club's website, saying: "I wanted to break away from the capital, which is why I accepted Kaposvar's offer."
Harai started his career at BVSC and later played for KSI, Honvéd, Eger, Vasas, and OSC. He is a four-time Hungarian champion and a three-time cup winner. Harai made his debut in the national team in 2005. The World champion (2023), European gold medalist (2020), and Olympic bronze winner (2021) is the first confirmed signing for Kaposvar for the upcoming season.
