Sixteen players were on Barcelona's roster for LEN competitions in the season 2022/23. More than half of them are no longer Barcelona's players.
Barcelona announced that ten players had left the club and wished them luck in their careers.

Among them is the experienced leftie Blai Mallarach, who has long been a regular member of the Spanish national team and won the gold medal at the 2022 World Championships.
