Bilal Gbadamassi, a 28-year-old Dutch centre-forward, has joined Marseille, as confirmed by the French club today.
In the previous season, Gbadamassi played for Novi Beograd, where he won the Serbian Cup and earned silver medals in both the Champions League and the Serbian Championships.
Before leaving the Netherlands, he played for BZC Schuurman. His first foreign club was Partizan. After two seasons with the most decorated Serbian club (2018-2020) he returned to Schuurman. His stay in the Netherlands was brief, as he soon moved to Szolnok in 2021. After one season in Hungary, he then played for Spandau for two years before signing with Novi Beograd last summer.
Gbadamassi has been a member of the Netherlands national team for several years and is currently serving as the team's captain.
As of today, four additions to Marseille's roster have been confirmed: Radomir Drasovic (from Novi Beograd), Adam Nagy (Ferencvaros), Lorris Canovas (Strasbourg) and Gbadamassi.
Andrija Prlainovic has moved from Marseille to Radnicki, Daniel Angyal has signed a contract with Olympiacos, while Alessandro Velloto has joined Barceloneta.
