Dutch defender Flemming Kastrop has become Pallanuoto Trieste's latest summer signing.
The 22-year-old Dutch international joins the Italian team after a season with Primorac, where he helped the Kotor side win their first title in 16 years. Previously, Kastrop played for UZSC in Utrecht, his hometown, where he won the Dutch League in 2019.
Kastrop made his debut with the Dutch national team in 2022 and has since played in the European Championships twice (Split 2022, and Zagreb/Dubrovnik 2024).
Trieste's summer signings so far include Tamas Sedlmayer, Edoardo Manzi, Dejan Lazovic, and Vuk Draskovic.
