[CONFIRMED] Maud Megens to Alimos

Dutch Olympian Maud Megens returns to the professional water polo in Europe after signing with Greek newcomers Alimos NAC. 

Formerly of GZC Donk, USC Trojans and PAOK, the 2018 European Champion heads to Piraeus from Australian champions, Sydney Uni Lions. Megens was a leading member of the Netherlands women's national team roster at the Tokyo Olympic Games, but the 27-year-old retired from the national the national team shortly after that competition. 

Megens joins fellow Dutch compatriot Ilse Koolhaas in joining Alimos this summer transfer window.
