At the moment, Mladost and Radnicki are competing fiercely to see who can sign the most players this summer. Currently, Mladost is leading, but only by a narrow margin.
Radnicki, having already confirmed the signings of two Serbian national team players—goal-scorer Strahinja Rasovic and goal-stopper Radoslav Filipovic—has now made it three with the addition of Radomir Drasovic.
Drasovic, 27, is an excellent defender who has proven himself at Novi Beograd, Crvena Zvezda, Partizan, Szolnok, Sport Management, and Singidunum before arriving at Radnicki. He has made well over a century of appearances for the Serbian national team, which is coached by his new club coach, Uros Stevanovic.
The signing of Drasovic, along with Rasovic and Filipovic, certainly makes things more interesting in Serbia, where Radnicki will continue to provide the sternest test to the Novi Beograd project.
Radnicki will also be hopeful, with an outside chance, of progressing into the deeper stages of the Champions League.
Deals still in the pipeline for Radnicki, according to the Serbian press, also include the signings of Petar Jaksic, Dusan Vasic, and Nikola Murisic.
