Croatia finished its mini-tour in Herceg Novi with two wins. After a narrow 9:8 victory over France on Wednesday, Croatia beat host Montenegro 13:9 this evening.

Croatia dictated the pace for most of the time. The visitors had a 3-goal advantage in the middle of the second quarter (7:4).
The hosts cut the deficit to one before the middle break (6:7). However, shortly after the first whistle in the second half, Croatia rebuilt a 3-goal lead (9:6). Montenegro missed too many man-ups and paid for it. Croatia dominated. It even had a 13:7 lead. Montenegro reduced the gap to four by the end.
