Favorites recorded convincing wins in the national championships of Serbia and Croatia this weekend.
Several games have been postponed because three Croatian and two Serbian clubs played in the LEN Euro Cup this weekend.

After beating Nais 32:1 on Day 1, Novi Beograd recorded another convincing win. This time, it downed neighbor Zemun (both teams play in the same pool). Dusko Pijetlovic and Strahinja Rasovic led the hosts of the F8 with six goals each.
Title-holder Radnicki easily defeated newcomer Proleter.
Partizan opened the season with a convincing victory over Vojvodina in Novi Sad. Returnee Milan Aleksic and young Andrej Barac found the net three times each.
