OSC dominated from the beginning of the game against Szeged. OSC had a 6-goal lead already in the 9th minute (7:1). Still, in the very last second of the first quarter, Marton Doczi gave Eger a 4:3 advantage. But BVSC took control and scored three straight goals to turn around a 3:4 deficit to a 6:4 lead. The hosts built a 2-goal lead (9:7, 10:8, 11:9). BVSC continued chasing Eger in the fourth period and halved the deficit to one three times – until 12:13. At the finish, Eger netted two back-to-back (Radli and Murisic). The home side went to 15:12 with 99 seconds left on the clock and secured the victory.
Szolnok crushed KSI (16:6), while Honved showed no mercy to PVSK in Pecs (14:6).
