Spandau easily beat Ludwigsburg on Saturday (14:2). while the Berliners taught a lesson to newcomer Esslingen a day later. On Sunday, Spandau ran over Esslingen – 22:4, which is the biggest win in the season so far.
There were a lot of goals in all matches. Even 34 goals were scored in the encounter between ASC Duisburg and Waspo Hannover. The visitors from Hannover, led by their captain Aleksandar Radovic and Petar Muslim,, dominated the first half. At halftime, they had a 13:3 lead. After the middle break, they slowed down and ASC reduced the gap, but Hannover’s win was never in danger. Hannover celebrated a 21:13 victory.
