All other favorites recorded victories in the 11th round. Honved defeated Vasas in the Budapest derby.

After an 8:10 loss to OSC in the Champions League, reigning champion Ferencvaros showed no mercy to PVSK Pecs. The visitors kept up with Ferencvaros until 2:2. By halftime, the hosts built a 4-goal lead (8:4) and cruised to a win.
Szolnok recovered from a shocking loss to Spandau in the Champions League on Wednesday. Szolnok hosted bottom-placed Tatabanya, but they didn’t have an easy task. The visitors stunned Szolnok with an opening 2:0 lead. Tatabanya fought hard, and it still had an advantage in the middle of the second period (4:3). After that, Szolnok finally found its rhythm and netted five unanswered goals for a safe 8:4 lead in the 25th minute.
Miskolc defeated UVSE. Miskolc was leading from the beginning. Deep into the third period, the home team earned a comfortable 13:7 advantage and secured the win.
Debrecen collected three points in the match against Szeged to climb into 6th place.

Two former European champions Honved and Vasas faced off in the Budapest derby played in the “Alfred Hajos” pool. Honved was leading throughout the match. It earned a safe 9:4 advantage in the 22nd minute and Vasas couldn’t come back. Legendary Marton Szivos, who scored four goals, was the best player of the match.
OSC Budapest, led by European champion Krisztian Manhercz (5 goals), beat Szentes with ease – 17:4.
Eger made a lot of mistakes in defense in the match against AVUS, but the favorite didn’t allow surprise to happen. Eger defeated the Szombhately-based side by 6 goals (18:12).
