The Hungarian League has been continued this weekend after a one-month break. The 6ht round was played. Three teams keep the perfect 6 – 0 record: Szolnok, Ferencvaros, OSC.

The derby Ferencvaros – Miskolc was player earlier, due Ferencvaros’s participation in the LEN Super Cup. Ferencvaros defeated the opponent by two goals (14:12).
Ferencvaros leads the race in this group ahead of Szolnok, which faced Debrecen. After a slow start and a balanced first quarter (3:3), Szolnok recorded a convincing 16:9 victory. Bence Batori, who netted five goals, was the best scorer.
PVSK Pecs and UVSE shared the points – 10:10. After a big battle and a lot of twists and turns, PVSK was leading 10:9 in the finish of the match. But, UVSE’s Domme Dala hit the back of the net two seconds before the end and his team took a point – 10:10.

The group-leader OSC Budapest hosted its local rival BVSC. The visitors stunned OSC in the opening minutes. Deep into the first period, BVSC was 4:1 up. But, OSC started climbing back quickly after that. The hosts equalised in the 9th minute (4:4), while they built a 2-goal lead by the end of the 2nd quarter (8:6). Boosted by Krisztian Manhercz and Gergely Burian (4 goals each), OSC dominated the second half and recorded an 18:12 victory.
The encounter between AVUS and Vasas ended in a draw. Vasas secured a point with an equaliser, scored by Gabor Hegedus 13 seconds from the end.
Szentes recorded the first win in the season, by defeating Kaposvar (10:6).
The match Eger – Honved (15:8) was played earlier.
The 7th round will be played in two weeks.
