Noisy-le-Sec – Pays d’Aix postponed

Nice bye

Marseille, led by Andrija Prlainovic, who recovered and returned to the team, opened the match against Tourcoing with a 3:0 lead. The hosts kept the three-goal distance until the end. Tourcoing managed to reduce the gap to one a few times(2:3, 3:4), but an experienced home team controlled the match and earned three points.

Strasbourg, the reigning champion, defeated Montpellier convincingly. The title-holders had a 6-goal lead already in the 13th minute (7:1). In the third period, they increased the distance to seven (9:2, 10:3, 11:4), and the final period saw a balanced battle. Strasbourg climbed into 2nd place in the table. Strasbourg has two points more than Noisy-le-Sec, but Noisy played two matches less.

Douai jumped to 6th place (the top six teams will advance to the playoff) and pushed Montpellier to the 7th position.

Douai traveled to Reims and fought a hard battle with the home team. Reims led for most of the time and entered the last quarter with a slim 9:8 advantage. Douai opened the fourth period with two goals and went ahead. The hosts equalized (10:10), but Bouet scored a winner for Douai from a penalty 70 seconds before the end.
