The Montenegrin national team is currently in a new phase of preparations for the World Championships in Fukuoka(July 16 – 29).
The Montenegrins have been training in Trebinje since June 19 and will soon be joined by the French national team for joint training sessions.
Following their return from Trebinje, the team has scheduled three control matches in Herceg Novi. On June 27, they will play against France, followed by a match against Croatia on June 29, and then another game against France on July 30. There will be four friendly matches in Herceg Novi in four days. France and Croatia will face off on July 28.
The Montenegrins started the preparations in the middle of May. But, only the players of the Montenegrin clubs participated in the training in the first days. Meanwhile, players from foreign clubs arrived. Head coach Vladimir Gojkovic and his assistants work with 22 players in Trebnje.
