A few days after a very convincing win over Dinamo Tbilisi in the Champions League (21:11), Mladost achieved a new victory with a huge margin. The titleholder hosted Sabac. The visitors their first goal scored two and a half minutes before the middle break. But, Mladost was already 8:0 up before Sabac’s first goal, while the visitors earned a 12:1 advantage early in the third quarter. After a balanced third period (4:4), Mladost dominated again and recorded a 24:5 win. Milos Cuk and Alex Bowen led the scorers. Each of them netted 4 goals.

Jug and Jadran Split faced off in the Adriatic derby in Dubrovnik. Jug stunned the Split-based side with an opening 5:0 rush and Jadran couldn’t come back. The visitors only managed to reduce the gap to three goals (7:10, 10:13), but Jug was keeping a distance throughout the match. Paulo Obradovic, the hero of Jug’s win over Barceloneta in the Champions League on Friday, was again the best scorer of the match again, with 5 goals.

Jadran Herceg Novi finally ended a four-game losing streak. After two consecutive losses to Jug (in the Regional League and the Champions League), defeats to Mladost (Regional League) and Szolnok (Champions League), Jadran beat Mornar in Split today. The champion of Montenegro secured a win in the middle of the game. Early in the second period, Mornar trailed by two goals. After that, Jadran kept the hosts scoreless for almost 13 minutes, while they produced a 5:0 rush for a 11:4 advantage (3:30 before the last break) and the contest was over.

Crvena Zvezda, led by Marko Jankovic (5 goals) defeated Budva 13:11. The Montenegrins scored the first goal in the match, but Crvena Zvezda responded with 4 goals in a row to earn a 4:1 lead before the first break. The visitors from Belgrade kept the advantage in the remaining time. Budva came very close a minute and 50 seconds from the end (11:12). In the next possession, Marko Jankovic converted a penalty shot for the final score – 13:11. Budva remains the only team that hasn’t won a single point.

Primorac and Partizan fought a hard battle in Belgrade. Primorac came out as a winner. At halftime, the score was 8:8, while Primorac entered the last period with a one-goal advantage (10:9). Early in the fourth, Partizan equalized once more (10:10), but Primorac replied with two goals and secured a 12:10 victory.

It should be mentioned that Filip Radojevic returned to Partizan’s squad after a two-year suspension. He was punished because he was positive at the doping test in 2017. Radojevic didn’t use doping two years ago, but he used a medical drug which had a banned substance. Radojevic was the best scorer in Partizan (3 goals).
