Two very close games were highlights of the 6th round in the Portuguese League.
Visiting teams recorded narrow wins in both games.
Sporting edged out Pacense 6:5. Sporting had a 4:2 lead before the last quarter. The hosts were better rivals in the fourth period, but they didn’t manage to level the score.
Something similar happened in Porto where Fluvial hosted Parades. The visitors earned a crucial advantage during the first three periods. Parades had a 6:4 advantage at the last break. Fluvial battled until the end, but Parades kept the win – 8:7.
With this win Parades extended its winning streak to 6 victories.
Titleholder Vitoria also has collected all 18 points. Vitoria showed no mercy to the last-placed Aminata in the 6th round and recorded a 38:3 victory.
