Terrassa defeated Barcelona after a few twists and turns. The visitors led throughout the first three periods (4:2, 6:4, 7:5). Barcelona managed to equalize several times, and the sides were tied at 8:8 before the final eight minutes. Barcelona scored two goals in the first two minutes of the fourth quarter and went in front for the first time (10:8). Still, Terrassa produced a 3:0 series in the remaining time. Two minutes before the end, Terrassa’s Prieto converted a penalty for 11:10. It turned out that it was the last goal in the match.
Barceloneta hosted Mediterrani and started slowly. After the first quarter, it stood 1:1. But, the title-holder netted four straight goals in the first four minutes of the second quarter, earned a 5:1 lead. From that point on, the difference was never smaller than three goals.
