The game has been postponed to a later date due to several positive cases for COVID within the two teams, Pays d’Aix announced.

Noisy-le-Sec recorded an away victory in Nice and keeps 2nd place. The Parisians started well and took a two-goal lead in the opening minutes (2:0, 3:1, 4:2). Nice was a better rival in the 2nd period, turned around a 2-goal deficit to a 2-goal lead. The hosts had a 7:5 advantage at halftime. The third period was crucial for the outcome. In the middle of this quarter, Noisy equalized (8:8), and earned an 11:9 advantage before the last pause. The visitors jumped to a 15:10 lead with four minutes to go and Nice couldn’t come back. Noisy’s captain Mehdi Marzouki was the best scorer with five goals.
The 10th-placed Sete produced the biggest surprise of the day. Sete shared the points with Montpellier, the club which is in the race for the playoffs. Montpellier opened the match as expected. The visitors built a 5-goal lead in the 9th minute (6:1) and maintained the difference until the middle break (8:3). Sete netted four straight goals and cut the deficit (7:8) before the final eight minutes. Early in the fourth period, the hosts equalized – 8:8. Montpellier ended its long scoreless phase midway through the fourth quarter and scored two goals to earn a 10:8 advantage. Still, Sete was able to secure a point. A minute and 18 seconds before the end, Sete’s Adam Furman scored his 5th goal for the final score – 10:10.
Tourcoing cruised to a win over Bordeaux, which still has no points. Titleholder Strasbourg easily beat Reims.
