The Serbian press are reporting that Montenegrin international Duro Radovic has agreed to terms with Novi Beograd.
The 25-year-old, who recently won the Croatian League with Jadran Split, is set to become Novi Beograd's first summer signing, according to the Serbian news outlet SportKlub.
Reports suggest that Radovic, a right-sided specialist, has signed a two-year contract with the Serbian and regional champions.
Despite being born in Kotor, Radovic played for Jadran from Herceg Novi from 2014, where he won 13 trophies, before signing a three-year contract with Greek Olympiacos in May 2021. However, he did not play for the Red-Whites at all, as the World Anti-Doping Agency suspended him at the beginning of the new season due to incomplete documentation on three occasions. After a year and a half, Radovic returned to the pool in February 2023 and finished the season in Herceg Novi before moving to Jadran Split.
At the age of 17, Radovic made his debut for the national team of Montenegro, winning European bronze in Budapest in 2020.
While Radovic looks certain to be Novi Beograd's first signing of the summer, they are also likely to sign Serbian center-forward Djordje Lazic, who is a free agent after leaving Brescia at the end of his contract this summer.
