The ever-improving women’s national team of Israel is captained by Ayelet Peres. Israel has really benefited from having an experienced goalkeeper like Peres – who has proven to be a safe pair of hands since joining the national team over ten years ago.
With a historic sixth-place finish at the European Championships in Split, Peres helped her team qualify for their first-ever World Championships.
