Team USA maintained its status as the best male water polo team outside Europe.

This year, the Americans won the bronze medal in the World Cup in Los Angeles and finished in 7th place at the World Championships as the only non-European team that qualified for the quarterfinals.

Recently, Team USA dominantly won its eighth consecutive gold medal at the Pan American Games.

Dejan Udovicic has been coaching Team USA since 2013 after winning 17 medals as Serbia’s head coach. Udovicic’s contribution has been instrumental in rebuilding the USA male team.
