Montenegro, under the guidance of Vladimir Gojkovic since 2015, has managed to maintain its position among the world’s top eight teams and secured the 8th spot at the World Championships this year.

The team has showcased its potential by defeating some of the world’s top teams or giving tough competition to other powerhouses.

Vladimir Gojkovic, a former member of the Yugoslavia and Montenegro national teams and a 2004 Olympic silver medalist, has led Montenegro to numerous victories, including the 2016 European Championships silver medal and the 2021 World League title.
