The matches in Debrecen and Miskolc were in the spotlight on Day 13 of the Hungarian League. The visiting teams collected points in both games. Szolnok defeated Debrecen 13:11, while titleholder Ferencvaros continued its winning streak with a 15:11 victory over Miskolc.
Two derbies in Group B were postponed – because of the coronavirus! The matches BVSC – OSC, and Honved – Eger were suspended. All the four sides agreed to postpone the matches to another date. OSC and Eger traveled to northern Italy last weekend. OSC beat Pro Recco in the Champions League, while Eger lost to Brescia in the LEN Euro Cup. Both teams were in the regions that have been affected by the coronavirus spread. The players were tested after leaving Italy. The coronavirus tests were negative, but the Hungarian clubs and the federation want to avoid risk.
