Laura Teani has been a consistent presence in goal for Plebiscito Padova for over a decade and has made over 100 appearances for the Setterosa.
Teani was recalled to the national team in 2022 for the World League Euro Finals and the World Championships in Split, following a six-year absence.
Teani has accumulated many honours with Plebiscito, but arguably her greatest accomplishment is winning the Olympic silver medal in Rio.
Other major international honours include a silver medal in the World League in 2014, bronze medals at the World Championships in 2015 and the European Championships in 2016.
