For the third season in a row, Pro Recco clinched the Champions League, becoming the first club to win three back-to-back European titles in the 21st century.

The real leader in the pool, once again, was captain Aleksandar Ivovic, who played excellently at the Final Eight and added the 5th Champions League trophy to his treasury.
