Sabrina Van der Sloot, one of the best female players of the last decade, returns to cast her vote in the Total Player Award 2023.
Her illustrious career has seen her don the colours of some of Europe’s top teams, including Sabadell, Szentes, UVSE, and Ekipe Orizzonte. Remarkably, Van der Sloot has clinched national championships in four different countries: Hungary, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.
As an Olympian in Tokyo, Sabrina boasts a collection of medals from prestigious international competitions. Notably, she secured the gold medal at the 2018 European Championships in Barcelona and recently led her team to clinch the World Championship gold medal this summer in Fukuoka.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Van der Sloot achieved the runner-up position in the inaugural Total Player Award in 2018, narrowly missing out to Ekaterina Prokofyeva.
